This month’s Reading Room candle is grounded and comforting.

It starts with teakwood, cedar and leather, which feels a lot like wooden shelves and well-worn armchairs. As it burns, sandalwood softens the room, while dark musk and patchouli add depth.

Underneath it all are notes of pine and amber, giving the candle an earthy finish that feels familiar.
