Candle Making Workshop

Join us inside the Little Batch Wax Co. warehouse for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own 220g pure soy candle, blended with your very own unique scent, plus a room & linen spray to take home.

What’s Included?

• All materials provided — pure soy wax, cotton wicks, amber glass vessel and full fragrance library

• Step-by-step guidance through the candle making process

• Blend your own scent from our fragrance collection

• Complimentary drinks and a shared cheeseboard-style spread

• A 220g soy candle (45+ hour burn time)

• A 100g room & linen spray

Everything is yours to take home at the end of the session.

Workshop Agenda / What to Expect:

We’ll start with a short introduction to soy wax and fragrance blending, then move into pouring and scent creation. While your candle sets, you can relax, chat and enjoy refreshments. Once cooled, you’ll finish your candle with labelling and wick trimming before heading home with your creations.

No experience needed!

Come solo, with friends/family, or as a date night. If you love candles, creativity, or simply trying something different — you’ll feel right at home.

Parking:

You’ll find us tucked just behind JH Brewster on Manukau Road. Parking is readily available directly in front of Little Batch Wax Co. or along the tan wall beside the building. Look for the shared driveway and follow it through.

Candle + Room Spray Workshop (Evening Session) Details:

Duration: 2.5 hours

Location: Little Batch Wax Co. Warehouse, 152A Manukau Rd, Pukekohe

Time: Second Saturday of each month, 4pm - 7:30pm

Age: Suitable for ages 12+. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Candle Club Perk: Candle Club members receive $10 off all public workshops.

Policies:

Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — just email us their name before the workshop so we can update the attendee list.

Safety & Liability: This is a hands-on workshop using hot wax and fragrance oils. By attending, you acknowledge you’re participating at your own risk and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the host. Little Batch Wax Co. is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or allergic reaction resulting from participation, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

Allergies: Our refreshments may contain common allergens (including gluten, dairy, nuts). If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Arrival (optional but helpful): Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you settled and started on time.

Photos (optional): We sometimes take a few photos/videos during workshops for social media. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let Beth know on arrival.
